Very informative and proficient. I felt as if Jeff Forbes was truely going to bat with insurance company for me. We are still in negotiations due to the insurance company's stiff policies and so called weather history. I'm glad Jeff is here to help me out. MY own company and they left me out to hang unlike Hoffman Construction. Thank you Jeff and your company

Nick Hoffman was a great Project Manager and the installation team stayed long hours just to finish early, which we approved and appreciated. We've been happy with the work and it was completed 3 months ago.

The 4.5 is due to being a bit jumbled around at first. The original individual to give us a quote had left the company and I'm not sure, but I feel like If I hadn't called in a few times I would have never gotten another person to get us a quote. All was resolved however with a little effort on my part. The second individual got us a solid quote that was a bit different, but still a solid quote. Very good execution of the windows.. he was done within two days after running into two minor issues. We would use HW again!

I was told our flooring would be done in a week, I couldn't get ahold of anyone to see why after a month nothing was done. When I finally got a phone call back they told me the material was on back order and there was nothing they could do besides wait for it and they had no idea when it would be done. I asked about a different color or material and they were insistent that it was already ordered and the order couldn't be changed. After 6 weeks I cancelled. Very poor customer service and communication.
