Terry came within a couple of hours of my request which meant a lot since my refrigerator was not keeping temperature and I was at risk of losing a lot of food. He is so competent, experienced, professional and personable it was an absolute pleasure to have him in my home. He went step by step and explained everything he was looking at to diagnose the problem. I will recommend him to anybody in need of appliance repair in the future.

Great service - we called about our dryer making a terrible squeaking and grinding noise - Terry answered call and said he'd be at our house in 30 minutes and he was. - He new right away what the problem was - He had the part with him and fixed it right on the spot. I would definitely call him again!
