Integrity replaced our heat pump as well as the furnace coils/heating unit/air handler and the Wi-Fi thermostat. Nothing but great things to say about this company, their people, and our experience thus far. They were always on time, clearly explained everything throughout the process, answered all our questions, provided a very competitive bid relative to others, and did a high quality installation in a very timely manner. We strongly recommend Integrity Air!

Integrity actually did an A/C install as well as a furnace replacement for us all in one fell swoop. We got a little discount with the package and we are very happy with the new appliances and our new WiFi thermostat. It's a great added bonus that they had the cheapest bid by at least $2,000! Jace came out and did our consult. He was fast, friendly, and responsive. He was responsive to our questions via email and helped us make our decision easy. The two guys (I can't remember their names now) that came out to do the actual installation were punctual, fast, and included me in decisions on how I wanted the system installed. They finished up in a timely manner, ran a test using the thermostat, and they were out of there before 5 p.m. They did an amazing amount of work for only one day. They removed the old furnace, installed the new one, ran venting out the side wall, ran drainage out the back wall, set a base down for the A/C unit in the backyard, ran the lines to the furnace, installed a WiFi thermostat inside the living room, ran lines for that, and then tested the whole thing before they left to make sure it all worked okay. To top it all off, the city inspector came by and said that his job is made easy when things are done right. Overall very satisfied with everything that Integrity has to offer and what they've done. I'll recommend them to any other homeowner looking to upgrade their A/C or furnace.

They were very professional and knowledgeable about products on the market and safety issues, etc. They were willing to adjust their quote to give me the features I wanted. The installer spent a lot of time talking to me about the furnace and answering questions.

Everyone at Integrity, including the Account Manager, Technician, and Office Manager, was professional, polite and provided excellent customer service. We chose this company based on value and were impressed with their product, promptness, and quality of work. We highly recommend Kyle and the entire team at Integrity!

Showed on up time for estimate and install, quick but covered details needed. Crew was professional and finished early! Had 3 quotes and they were by far the cheapest and also didn't try to upgrade or sell something we didn't need which we appreciated.

Integrity Air replaced a furnace and installed an air conditioner at a rental of mine. My tenants were without heat and I called Integrity and they were there the same day to give us a very competitive bid. After collecting several more bids I went with Integrity and they were out the next day to replace the furnace! Jace was very easy to work with and chatted with me even after work hours to get this job done more quickly. My tenants were impressed with how professional and easy the installers were to work with. I would definitely recommend Integrity!

Replaced a gas furnace and installed a new air conditioning system. Done on time (one day, start to finish), and working great. Only slight hiccup was the outdoor AC unit wasn't quite level; contacted them about it, and they had someone out within a week and corrected the issue. (Rocky soil probably made it hard to level the pad.)
