Stellar communications. Pedro was knowledgeable and informative. The crew removed the old system and replaced it with the new one with equal efficiency. They were all well mannered, hard working and capable. Great crew and excellent price-point! We highly recommend Integrity Air LLC.

I worked with Pedro who went above and beyond to make sure that I received excellent care. He researched and contacted the manufacturer of the particular air conditioner I requested. Although there was a scheduling mishap the company delivered good service and Pedro is a great representative.

We started out asking for a heat pump but for our house the best option was a new furnace and air conditioner. Integrity Air's bid came in at a good price, and they were on time, efficient, helpful and did a great job of installation. No hidden charges. We would definitely recommend them.

We ended up having a new furnace and hot water pump installed as well as the central A/C ,because of space considerations and changes in code requirements. Pedro was very helpful in explaining the process & decision making and their bid was competitive. They were well organized, explained the installation plan and were able to complete all the work in two days. The new furnace & tankless water heater are working fine and we're looking forward to having A/C during the 100 degree summer days ahead.We'd certainly recommend Integrity Air as a company that has earned it's name.
