Service was super from beginning to end. Willing to work with us around work schedule and seemed to genuinely care.

I received two other quotes for two or three times what Integrity Air did it for! Also they did it in one week while the others estimated at least 4 weeks! I'm very pleased with their work and I highly recommend them!

Integrity Air replaced my existing furnace and air conditioner and installed an additional furnace and air conditioner to help me better manage my interior climate in my two story home through a 2 zone approach. The quality of service and materials was top notch from beginning to end. Great consultation, great advice, great service, on time, exceptional workmanship, no problems with inspections, they cleaned up after themselves, made sure everything was working. I goofed up the programmable thermostats after the job was done and they came back out to fix my mistakes and explain what to do. And everyone was courteous, always. A++ all the way. I would highly recommend Integrity Air for Home Heating and AC work.

I highly recommend Integrity Air, I think I got a solid deal on our new furnace. From the estimate with Pedro to the installation and follow-up customer service, everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly, and responsive. I was pleasantly surprised that they even registered our furnace with the manufacturer for us. I would definitely hire them again

I found Integrity by a referral from a contractor and was not disappointed. They were prompt, courteous, and price competitive. During the install, we found that mice had eaten into the existing flexible ducting so asked if they could replace those as well. Jace and his team were able to pivot quickly to account for the new work and still complete the job by a hard deadline with another contractor,even though the ducting added a very long day of work. A phenomenal team of guys who were polite even after laying in my crawl space for 9 hours.Integrity was also flexible in accommodating our request to use our own Nest thermostats. My only constructive comment would be that they could have routed the lines better if they had taken down more interior Sheetrock (we were going to remodel anyway so this would not have been a big deal in our case). Instead, they routed the lines up the exterior of the building which is not as efficient or aesthetic.In summary though, I was exceptionally pleased with their server.

My furnace was a tricky one so it took longer to fix but they made sure to do whatever it took to get things done quickly. They were very nice and did a great job!

This was a big job. Pedro came out soon after our request and gave us more than one choice for the work we needed/wanted done. We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed. Also, our electric needed updated and everyone who came to our home were professional, competent and friendly. We have already noticed a difference in our heat and look forward to having central air this summer.

A year ago last summer our air conditioner went out, so after a friend recommended Integrity Air, we went forward with a new unit. Their professionalism and quick response made us feel that was the right choice, which it was! When our furnace recently failed in our recent cold weather, their top technician Paul responded immediately and said I can fix it (probably expensive), but due to it is age, 15 years old, something else could go wrong. They immediately got back with parts and repair quotes as well as new furnace options. Made the choice for a new unit. I am very glad we did. I can not say enough about all their staff. From Steve the head installer to Paul their technician, to the owner Pedro and of course Lori in the office. Their followup and response were exceptional. Thanks to everyone at Integrity Air !!!!

From receiving an estimate to having the work done, Integrity Air employees made this a great experience. They installed both heating and air conditioning units and did a great job, plus their rates were reasonable. Everyone was pleasant and good to work with and I would recommend them to anyone. I am amazed at the difference between what we had and what we have now. Thank you!
