    Turns out gutters did not need cleaned. Apparently the flashing was pushed behind the gutter instead of inside the gutter causing what looked like an overflowing gutter from the ground. The problem was identified quickly and remedied as fast. No attempt was made to try to sell me something I didn't need. I would definitely call them again.

    contractor did not notify me of date to be done, He did not announce his arrival. I was out back and heard something. I went in house toward front door, opened door looking out and noticed truck out front and ladder propped against front of house. I called out and man greeted me from roof. The ONLY thing done was that there were a couple of seedling maples in the gutters at back of house, which he removed. He calls that cleaning gutters {apparently this was all there was present}. Is this worth $100.00 I ask you? NO I DON'T AGREE.

    Susan, I apologize for the miscommunication as far as scheduling. We had you on for first available. It is our policy to announce ourselves upon arrival. I did knock on the door but as you said you were out back and nobody answered. We did provide you with an estimate for the gutter cleaning, when we do this estimate we are not up on your roof and have no way of assessing the amount of debris which will be found in your gutter. Our pricing is based on the amount of gutter on your home, travel time to and from as well as labor charges for our service team.
