The communication was lacking. I had to call and ask why the job had not been completed on the day it was supposed to happen. However, I was assured that the job would get done the next day and it was. I was also called to make sure what was done was what I wanted. Overall, I was pleased with the experience.

I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided by Justin. He contacted me promptly and provided the quote I needed. When I was ready to proceed he scheduled the work and completed it as promised with no hassles for me. Justin was very professional and the finished job looks great. I'm very pleased with the whole process but especially the ease of contacting Justin when I had a question. Everytime I called him he answered the phone - no phone messages back and forth.
