Reviews
Write a ReviewThe installers, John M. and Peyton P. were top notch, and did an awesome job. They were prompt, professional, courteous, kept things clean, and insured everything was tidy and perfect. They clearly take great pride in their work and it shows. It was a little more money than I wanted to spend, but the end result is beautiful.
I was initially very happy with my new bath. However, once there was problem, Jacuzzi has been terrible. A seat was not seat properly so water leaked into my wall, under the shower pan and into the downstairs ceiling. I have tried over and over for them to send someone to remove the shower and get everything dried prior to a reinstall. Each time it’s like talking to a wall. There has been a plumber, technician, and a contractor sent to my house. Of note, I already removed the ceiling, and part of the bathroom floor and dried the exposed area with fans. The latest person simply placed more fans blowing on the area I already dried. Meanwhile the shower and pan is still sitting on water and I go to bed each night smelling the mold and mildew. Do yourself a favor and avoid Jacuzzi bath of Seattle. They are great until there’s a problem. Then they are either unresponsive or treat you like you don’t know what you’re talking about. I’ve been dealing with this for over a month.
Austin and Corbin were our installers and they did a fantastic job! They quickly got the old shower out and had the new one installed and the bathroom cleaned up in less than 7 hrs. We LOVE our new shower and we wouldn’t hesitate to do it again!
JD and Corey were very respectful and professional. They did a great job!
I wanted to have a conversion to a walk in shower primarily as a safety feature to avoid slips and falls in a bathtub shower environment. The end result is a beautiful, ADA compliant walk in shower that is luxurious and provides the safety measures I needed. Thank you Jacuzzi and my install crew, Randy, Ty and JD, I appreciate you guys and your work ethic. I'm happy with my decision to have this project done by Jacuzzi.
We are very happy with our new Jacuzzi shower. It is a great upgrade from the 30+ year original shower we had been using. Our installers, Austin and Corbin, were excellent. The idea of turning over our bathroom to them for two days was somewhat intimidating, but they were very prompt, professional, and personable, and kept us informed as needed every step of the way, answering any questions we had. They were very careful about keeping the pathway to the bathroom clean, minimizing any debris while taking out the old shower, and completely cleaning up when finished, hauling all removed materials away. They also were very thorough in leaving us contact information if we have any concerns requiring follow-up, which we do not anticipate needing. We would not hesitate to use Jacuzzi's bath remodel products and services again!
Ryan and max did the shower install in our basement bathroom. They were in and out without and issues, talked to us while they were working about options and what we wanted to do. Smoothest install I have ever had in the house.
Randy & Ty did a wonderful job on our shower upgrade! They kept us informed through the day and we are very happy with the results. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a shower or bath upgrade! Thanks for the Great work!
Austin and Corbin worked their tails off to ensure our shower was installed correctly in a single day. From start to finish, their work ethic was evident and appreciated. The finished product is just what we envisioned, thanks!
Customer service has been terrible, but the installers Austin and Yaku did a great job with the materials they were given. When the installers brought in the materials to replace our shower, they said that the wrong shower pan had been ordered. The shower pan they were given to install was for a shower with shower doors (lower/shallower shower pan). We were getting a shower curtain rod instead of shower doors, so the installers said we should have gotten a higher/taller shower pan. They installed it, and now every time we take a shower water goes on the floor even with an extra-long shower curtain liner. We have called Matt Rogers many times during February, March, and April 2024, and nothing has been done about installing the correct shower pan. Matt rarely returns our calls. We don't want dry rot on our bathroom floor. What does it take to make this right?!
