They called within a minute of me asking for a call, were out to the house the next Monday and happened to be in the area Tuesday and did the work. Very knowledgable, professional, courteous and reasonably priced. This is the only company I will use from now on!

They did not let us know when they were coming and we were not able to be there to watch what they did. They talked my husband into new gutter covers and we still have a problem area that we need to call them about.

I had them come out in February to provide an estimate, and when I was ready to move forward last week, they honored their previous quote, even though the quote was only valid for 30 days. That was something I really appreciated. They called the day before to let me know what to expect, then even when they were going to be late due to some car troubles, they had someone show up right on time to let me know what was going on. They were very quick and efficient. They stayed mainly outside, and just ran the hose through the window of the room where the attic access was, so as not to run it through my entire house. There wasn't a bunch of in and out like you have when you get a bunch of other work done, which was nice. My only complaint would be the confusion of when and how to pay, but I think that is because of how I decided to wait months to move forward. Had I decided to move forward right away, I believe the process would have been seamless.

I can't say whether the problem was fixed yet as no rain has occurred They were very punctual on appointment and they did the job the next day. All people were very nice and informative
