A plus customer service and quality of work. My roofing needs were small. I had a hard time finding anyone to even look at the job. BoneDry never hesitated. Polite, friendly, and on time! You can't go wrong here.

Their hose was taped together at a connection that layed in my living room. It came apart and blew insulation onto the carpet. They did not have a vacuum with them but made a trip, came back with one to clean up the mess and repaired the hose by putting a metal coupling around the connection.

Inquiry was for gutter cleaning. Upon the walk-through, there was a pitch to up-sell for a leaf protection system. Pointed out all of the problem spots where gutters were clogged. Had one seam that needed to be replaced and recommendation was to install a seamless run. Company charged over $400 for installing the new piece of color matched gutter, but never cleaned any other gutter on my home. Still have water spilling over sections of gutter around my home. Bone Dry requires another $400+ to clean the remaining 3 sides of my home. The new piece of gutter is very well installed, but the initial/overall intent was to clean the gutters so that water is moved away from the foundation. Disappointed is an understatement!!
