They did a fine install, but communications between us were not the best. They missed one appointment for an estimate, showed up 2 hours early for another when I was not home. They tried to contact me at an incorrect phone number even though I twice corrected the number with their scheduler. But the work was fine and I would employ them again.

First meeting with estimate was great, then follow up was poor, no show on date estimated to do the work, then got a new date and they then changed install date again without informing me. When they showed the next day the crew had a work order not matching mine and had to have them get back up to fix remaining item on my list. Also they were not friendly at all like the first impression guys.

When I called to get an estimate they responded very quickly. The individual (a regional estimator not from the local office) was knowledgeable, explained how the task needed to be done and why, and provided a reasonable quote for the task. He informed me that I would be contacted the next week (visit & estimate given on a Friday). I waited two weeks with no response from the local office. I contacted the local office about the job and was informed that they could only do the work when it wasn't raining. I responded that I understood that but that I had not been contacted at all to schedule the job or even to discuss the job. I was told that they would call me the day before they came out to do the work and, because it was such a small job, that they may contact me an hour before they arrived if they finished another job early. Well, what actually happened is that they showed up unannounced to do the work. Fortunately my wife was home to direct the workers to the task site and provide them with the detailed instructions of what we wanted done. The work was done professionally and quickly with no problems. I realize that it is difficult to plan around a small job like this but the only communication I had with the local office was initiated by me. They really need to work on their customer communication at the local level.

I would have liked to have been called at least one day before they were to arrive for the job. I was notified they would be at my house in thirty minutes. They did arrive one day early which was wonderful, but I would like more notice than thirty minutes.

We also had the foam insulation put in the walls. We can see a difference in how our home feels already. The foam type was described as far as what is in it that is not harmful like some other companies use. be sure to check this out.

  6. Bankruptcy Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them.
  7. Legal Search for Civil Judgments
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
  8. Liens Search
    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
