KPI and their crew of workers did an amazing job. The crew had no clue what they were getting into when they took this job on. A simple rug intstall, took a few hours longer than planned, with no flaut of theirs. The old rug was just awful to tear out, but they did it and the new rug looks great. Hats off to KPI & there crew.

MY FLOORS LOOK AWESOME! KPI did an excellent job on my hardwood floors that needed to be refinished after 25 years of wear and tear and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. The workers were professional and very pleasant. They moved all the furniture out of the rooms and came back two days later when the floors were dried, in a snowstorm to help us move the furniture back into the rooms. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their wood floors refinished.

I found Rob, the owner to be very efficent and professional. The follow through was above and beyond! The workers were also very nice and got right to work! My husband and I are very pleased with our flooring... we have had many compliments already! When there was a small issue with the stairs not retaining their stain... Rob had his employees come out that same day to make the repairs. Rob took the extra step to call and be sure we were more than satisfied with his work. Overall, a great experience! Thank you Rob!

Yes I just did have my carpets cleaned, they were awesome to work with, and the job came out wonderful..If I could I would give them more then a 5 rating ! I plan to have them back to do 5 more rooms once my construction is finished. They were very very careful with my furniture, and put all back where they moved it from..very nice gentlemen !!!

Really impressed with the timeliness of the request for a quote. They came out quickly and the work was executed within the next few days. The floors look great and we have received lots of compliments. They were timely and professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

very courteous, easy to contact. however, some areas along trim where paint was still present(not sanded off). Overall, nice job.

hard workers, tried so hard to remove stains but unable to remove some of them on a wing back chair. Furniture still wet this AM..workers left at 4 PM pprior day. Just waiting for upholsery to dry. ?Overall expoerience was very good. Thanks.
