Though they were a few minutes late, they did a great job on cleaning the carpet. Initially we thought we may have to change the carpet, but they cleaned it so well,that we did not have to buy a new carpet

Incredibly personable, professional, and responsive service. Would highly recommend! Initially cleaned 4 rugs and I called them back to do even more. Very accommodating on the pick up and drop off schedule! This is the only rug cleaning service I will use in the future!

Rob is very friendly and worked with my schedule to get a crew in to reattach a stair runner. The 2 man crew was friendly and professional. They worked quickly and it looks like it did the day it was installed. Thank you Karpet Partners, we will call again.

Quick phone response. Great customer service. Stretched, steam-cleaned within 24 hours. We almost thought we would have to replace the carpet @ $2000. It was rippled and very dirty and looked awful . They made it come to life with stretching and a thorough cleaning. Excellent work and very courteous technicians. They do quality work at very fair prices. Being a landlord "time was of the essence" to flip the unit. They really did help us out in a pinch.
