It turned out not to be the sump pump, but the main drain was clogged. The plumber did an excellent job of unclogging it without costing a fortune. The only complaint I have is the plumber smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke I had to shower and change clothes when he left..

On time - took the time to explain what we needed - I agree that the price did seem a litle high, but was able to get this job done by professionals and done quickly. Even asked if we needed any other work done and promptly did that also. We are very happy woth Korte.

I had Brad come to my house and give me a quote for an install on a tankless hot water heater. The install went fine until the gas company informed me that the gas line was stubbed out to the back of the house and they would not install the meter there. So I called brad back and told him the problem he came to the house and gave me a BID of 650 dollars. after I already paid 2500 for the job. now the gas company won't run the line and I have to find someone else to finish the job.

He was very friendly and professional, but did not have half of the tools needed to do the job. He kept asking me for things he should have had, such as a plunger, buckets etc. For 164.00 dollars I should not be required to provide anything. All he did was use a tool to reset the garbage disposal. Cost too much for what was completed.
