Write a ReviewThe work was done the next day after I put in a request on line. I had requested to be called before they came. They did and the man came on time. I am satisfied and would call them again.

I think the cost of this service call was outrageous. Changing 2 cover seats and fixing a running toilet should not cost 310.00. That's extremely expensive. The quality of the work was fine but I will not use your agency again.
***Update*** I dont want to delete what I wrote but I am going to update my score because of two points. The work done was EXCELLENT and the company and its technicians admitted to shortfalls and apologized profusely. I think highly of anyone that can admit to a problem and work at fixing it. I wont give them a 5 for customer service but I am going to move it up to a 4. I sincerely thank them for how great they did on the actual job. It was very well done. The actual work was done with a high degree of professionalism. On the other hand the technicians have NO customer service skills, to the point of being absolutely rude. We have cameras in our house (we were not home at the time of the work) and they made comments around the house about how strange we were for watching them and also made rude comments about the quality of lights in our house. When talking to them on the phone when the work was done I said thank you 4 times and didnt even get as much as a no problem. Might not be important to some if the work quality is good but since I have had other technicians come in and do a good job AND give good customer service I will try hard to find someone else to do the jobs in the future. It's not cheap to get electrical work done and there are a lot of options. The next time we will choose someone else.
