John understood my situation (two slow leaking shutoff valves under my kitchen sink) and squeezed me into his schedule. He was very professional and explained what he was doing and why. That made me very comfortable with him. The end result was just what I needed and much faster than I had expected.

Woke up Saturday morning to our yard flooded with water running out into the street and alley. Found the water flowing up from foundation of house. Imagine, trying to get a plumber on the weekend. Tried 4 others, no luck. Went to Yelp for help. Joel Long answered himself. Was very understanding and concerned about us being without water till Monday and agreed to come and help. Was very personable and professional in his explanations. The supply line had just simply come apart. He dug up around the pipe and in 45 minutes had it repaired and lines flushed.
