Great service

Joel the owner was a very fast and efficient plumber. He gave us an estimate up front, he showed us what broken and what needed to be repaired. We were happy with his work.

Mr. Joel long explained everything he had to do with my new sink and faucet install. He was very professional and overall just a really nice person. He assured me should anything happen with my install to not worry he would take care of everything. He did a great job!

Pricing seemed fair/comparable. Rapid reply to original call, no scheduling games and he actually called ahead and came early. Fair price for fair labor. Documented it cleanly for records. Depending on how my bigger problem plays out, will be seeking him for the larger issue.

My mother found Joel to be very kind. I didn't get to meet him in person but my interactions over the phone were great and the quality of the work was top notch and for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

Plumbers are really busy in our area and Longs Plumbing Services got to our small job in an expedited manner. We really appreciated their prompt and reliable service. They went above and beyond answering questions and getting all our needs either repaired or explained what was needed next.

I had a pipe burst in 3 locations that had flooded my entire house during the ice storm in Texas in February 2021. A quick fix was put in by a neighbor, but started slowly leaking a drip a second into my kitchen a week later. My repair contractor finally let me know that they didn't do plumbing, so I texted multiple plumbers for help, and Longs Plumbing was quick to respond, squeezing me into his schedule. He promised to arrive by 7:00 on Tuesday 2 days away. He made it to my house before noon. The contractor had left a 7 foot by 11 foot hole in my ceiling, covered with plastic. It was a dangerous repair, because of the fall risk. Joel got on a ladder and carefully removed a portion of the plastic that enabled him to squeeze into the attic. The attic area was tight but he was able to squeeze in and install a new 10 foot piece for a permanent fix. He then taped and re-stapled the plastic in place, for the contractor to EVENTUALLY remove and replace my ceiling. The whole process took him less than an hour. The cost for his time plus material was less than I expected, so I paid a little more ... I was impressed with every single step that he took

Joel came out to fix our drain, had excellent communication, and even squeezed us in hours earlier than he had planned to accommodate our schedule. He was professional and courteous, got right to work for a fair price. Will use again for all plumbing needs in the future, thanks Joel!
