After reviewing the process/dangers of replacing torsion spring and cables for my garage door, I knew it was nothing I wanted to take on. Miguel was the first to respond to our need, and arrived right on time for our appointment. I viewed the broken spring, cables with Miguel and due to the original spackel overspray on both, it appeared they were new when the home was built, and I had decided to get quote to replace both ( 30 plus years old ). Miguel gave me a reasonable bid and I approved he put on his schedule. He said he had all the materials n his truck and could start immediately and I said OK. Within a couple hours he was ready for me to check it out and I was totally impressed with his work. He had done all we had agreed upon, PLUS. He had replaced all the wheels on both doors as well as straightened all 4 guide race ways, which now looked brand new. I activated both doors and they were smooth as silk as I test opened and closed them both. Miguel was first to call, arrived prepared to go to work, very quickly and effectively went above and beyond what we had agreed to, at a reasonable price. The work ethic of this man was what we used to see and I will definitely make sure my neighbors learn about M&M, and go on record as recommending him to all, and would definitely say " Give him a call and at least let him quote. " Then hire him and you will be very well pleased.
