Called regarding overhead door in basement room opening randomly, sometimes closing again, sometimes not. I'd unhooked it from the lift and we were opening and closing it manually, but VERY infrequently, as the door is oversized glass and aluminum, very heavy, and not properly balanced. It would not stay in any open position without holding or propping, rather would rapidly close. Very heavy - hard to stop or slow once it was moving. The response to email request for a bid was very prompt, almost immediate. Appointment lead time was short- they fit me in within 2 days of my initial query. They diagnosed the problem with overhead door randomly opening as due to bad control board in the wall switch and replaced the faulty, and rebalanced the door. Miguel also inspected doors and units in our garage and re programmed remotes and motors so that all are set up correctly/uniformly. I'm very happy my experience, and have added them to our list of 'first to call" for our household maintenance and repair needs.

Our garage had wooden French doors that were falling apart and we wanted to replace them with an electric garage door that could somewhat match the aesthetic. We got quotes from 5 companies and Miguel's was the best by a pretty significant margin - to the point that we were concerned perhaps he missed something or lacked experience - we were way off on that. We decided to work with him and we're so glad we did. He had the new door installed in a few hours. The door is very nice quality, the electric lift is quiet, he got everything working perfectly and even helped us set it up on our phones. He was very thorough and you could see he took pride in his work. He left the site immaculate before leaving and made sure we were comfortable. Miguel's work was high quality and his on-site customer service was great. I highly recommend this company.

Miguel was prompt and courteous. He went into great detail to explain the whole process of replacing our garage doors. The estimate from M&M fell in the middle of the three we received. We had to have two garage doors replaced so the patterns of the garage doors matched. The quality of the materials used is excellent. The appearance of the finished project is outstanding! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to others.
