I would highly recommend Mellow Contracting for roofing. Sean is the owner and extremely knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to speak with. After calling several roofing contractors and getting estimates I was impressed with the quality of materials that Mellow Contracting uses. My project was very small it was only approximately 200 ft.² for replacement of a storage shed roof. Sean and his team came out exactly when they said they would be there and in no time at all three of them were able to completely replace the roof. They used architectural shingles with the new synthetic type of underlayment system by gaf as well as all new flashing all the way around. They even caulked any exposed nails exactly as he said in his proposal. Seanâ s team is very nice and efficient and they installed the roofing system exactly how they would on a large house. After they were done they cleaned up everything and it looks beautiful. I would highly recommend Sean and his team. Donâ t hesitate to have Seanâ s company install your roof. He will give you a very competitive price and do exceptional quality work.

Very punctual with great customer service. Sean and team showed up on site very early for my roof installation and completed the job on time. The Mello team are experts in roofing and it really shows- impressive attention to detail. After the work was complete and the team cleaned up around the house, I was able to walk around to inspect the area for debris and nails but found nothing. When I started my research on roofing companies, I started off with 11 companies in the area and down selected to Mello Contracting. There were 3 factors that brought me to that decision- craftsmanship ( see YouTube- search â Mello Contracting Roofâ ), choice in materials, and overall cost. Mello also did my gutters too and Sean made great recommendations in that area which I agreed on. Overall, I am a totally satisfied customer!

Sean and the team did a great job! I reviewed a lot of options before selecting Mello and even worked with some of my neighbors to see if there was a benefit to us coordinating and comparing notes. There are lots of different roof products out there and lots of different installers. Make sure you are getting a quality product. I went with a premium CertainTeed product for good reasons, however a quality product poorly installed is no good. Sean Mello and his team are Top Quality guys and they mean what they say. In an industry that can sometimes be difficult to navigate with all the promises, Mello is both good at what they do and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs!
