The staff, products and service was top notch. The installation went well and the finished look is spectacular. I had my kitchen redone several years ago but my budget didn't allow me to put in the stone countertops I really wanted at the time. I now feel like my kitchen is what I really wanted all with the great work done by Midtown!! I already have another project I'm thinking of and will contact Midtown for sure.

We hired them to remodel our bathroom. They did an excellent job. We did alot of calling around to get quotes but nobody else wanted to help us because we live in a modular home. They did and I couldn't be happier

Really great sales guy, and really professional/helpful install crew! Only negative, and this is not a knock on Midtown as it's the world we live in, was that due to COVID backlogs it was a number of months from ordering to install... again, I don't believe there is anything anyone can do about the massive number of home improvements being undertaken at this time!

I appreciated they came out to remeasure our windows to make sure the custom windows were correctly made. While waiting for the windows, they did a wonderful job keeping in touch and letting us know they havenâ t forgotten about us. The installation team was amazing-quick, knowledgeable and friendly. Overall the customer service is great! Cortez was very friendly when checking in after the install to make sure we were happy with the windows.
