Reviews
Write a ReviewVery thorough, no nonsense attention to details--We are very pleased with the countertops!
Very efficient and professional. I would recommend.
Midtown installed a Zuri deck on my home. There were some weather-related problems that popped up, and I had some trouble getting anyones attention at first. Once I got to their Quality Control Specialist, things changed immediately. They took care of the problems on my deck. They stood by their work and in the end, I got exactly what I expected. Chris and Steve did a good job of managing things and Matt, the installer, is a craftsman. His work is beautiful.
Was well overpriced but I was sold on them being true professionals. Not the case. Was to be 8-10 weeks out. We started call week 10. Blamed sliding door company for delay. We tried to cancel but was given the legal contract stuff which locked us in. They did discount a little at that point. Started week 12. They hired sub contractor that never worked with them before. Finally finished then found a few issues. Took 2 months to get them to fix. Couldn't get contractor who built the deck to come back. Was contracted to put electrical outlet on end of deck. Midtown never showed up with parts for contractor to do it. I finally bought parts myself. They said multiple time they would write me a check but never have. I paid them in full with the understanding they would. I was wrong. Good part is it's finally finished and does look nice and appears well built. Just wasn't the professional company we paid for.
Midtown has a very knowledgeable and friendly team. The project coordinators were helpful and kept us updated on schedule. They gave us a list of staff members and contact numbers. Professional skilled workers that cleaned up working area at the end of the day. Good people! Would hire them again for our next remodeling project.
Midtown completely renovated my kitchen and it turned out GREAT. Their carpenter, David, was so nice and friendly and TALENTED! He completely built two cabinet doors to match all my other doors. He also did some small projects for me on the side as well. I loved going around to pick out my flooring, countertop, and appliances. And Midtown ended up sending me a refund because I apparently overpaid!! Highly recommended!!
One window and 2 screens were damaged. The installer pointed this out to us after he installed them. Midtown's customer service guy, Mark, has been balking at replacing these things. Will not return our calls - we have to keep calling him. Great window - terrible customer service.
I love my new fence! Everyone at Midtown was friendly, courteous and helpful! I highly recommend them!
I payed my money down ordered windows and i have not herd anything from them since. That was back in November. Called the was told it was the holidays that got things behind still over 2 mounts
