Write a ReviewI signed a contract on May 30th and they just did the job on July 7th. It was a small job of replacing the rotten front porch posts and re-wrapping with aluminum siding. The communication from the company was not good. they left me hanging for over 6 weeks before any communication. They also were expensive for the small job.
The contractor who came to our house was wonderful and kept us up to date daily on the progress of the project. We had some communication issues with the office but they got worked out. They were actually ready to start the project ahead of schedule and after that things moved at a good pace. Very happy with the work done and the quality of the materials.
Midtown Home Improvements installed a new patio door and a small window above the sink in the kitchen. The patio door is living up to its heat stopping abilities much better than the slider. The company came quickly for the estimate, did the job as promised and was reasonably priced for the quality of materials used. The heat stopping factor of the glass panes in both window and door allows us to enjoy our kitchen in the hot afternoon summers even with the sun shining. I would highly recommend the service and products used by this company. And it's all American, locally made items!!
The customer service - return calls and appointment setting was lacking. They seem to be a bit overwhelmed in this area. Otherwise it was a good experience.
Pretty quick and dependable so far they are almost finished completely - so far we have not run into major problems.
Midtown Home Improvements and their contractors (Jacobs Floors, E&B Granite, Ferguson Lighting Gallery) did a wonderful job on remodeling our kitchen. The people we dealt with were professional, knowledgeable, and personable in the way they conducted their business. Work was performed to specifications, within the estimated timeframe, and the quality of the work was excellent. The contractors did an excellent job cleaning up after the project was completed and were very careful in moving materials. We would highly recommend Midtown and would engage their services on future projects.
We are so pleased with our door, It is beautiful.
The two installers Anthony and Dan were fantastic. The work three solid days in the cold to complete 19 windows and 4 doors. First rate installation.
The representative, Tom was great to work with, very helpful, ideas were helpful and always responsive to all of my calls. The project coordinator was very easy to work with and the crew was fantastic. Kept the site clean, kept us informed. Great job, highly recommend them
These people have been great! They are very conscious of the rest of the house as they are carrying materials back and forth, and they double check everything. They leave nothing undone, and they even took the extra steps to install new switches that we provided. Overall, excellent quality and workmanship.
