The kitchen sink faucet install was flawless. Upon testing, discovered low-water pressure- the whole house had low water pressure, which means one of two things: either the city has it at that pressure or there's a blockage in your mainline. You had a pressure reducing valve which means the pressure coming into the house is higher than it should be also The valve was 25 years old. In almost every case, changing that valve out would solve the problem because of calcium buildup in the valve- because of its age. From your rating it looks like that wasn't the case this time, which means it was a city issue. If you call the city water works they should reimburse you the money spent on the pressure valve, since it was on their end. I hope that helps.

Mike was very helpful. He showed up even earlier than the initial appointment and was prepared. He was courteous and explained everything that he did. He even identified another problem that we thought we had with the sump pump and is coming back Friday to replace that. I would highly recommend Mike to anyone who has any plumbing issue
