Write a ReviewVery professional.
Does not have parts in his truck; had trouble sealing a connection and recommended a new disposal; I refused and finally it was fixed, generally ok in the rest of the work .Needs experience and the material was inexpensive tubing rather than pipe.
Mr. [Consumer name withheld at their request] had a 20 or 30 yr old disposal, When I took the pipe off the disposal, half the metal came with it, so knowing that hole on the disposal was going to be impossible to seal back up, I let Mr Hersel know that he needed a new disposal. I explained how half the metal come off with the washer, and he refused. Usually the disposal pipe come with a new disposal, so had to make a special trip to home depot. I tried a couple times to get it seal, I was finally able to double up on some rubber washers, pipe dope and got it sealed. This job was a nightmare, hey who ever said plumbing wasn't. I don't think Mr[Consumer name withheld at their request]knew the severity of the situation.
Great work A+++
Courteous and quick
I was comfortable with him in my home. He was on time and did a great job. I was very pleased and will hire him again when needed and recommend hime to my relatives and friends.
Showed up on time, reasonably priced and did great work! I highly recommend this company!
Very courteous an affordable and did a great job.
Very polite and courteous. Let us know all options and expectations. Showed up on time and wasted no time. Very pleasant experience !!
Was overpriced for the work he did, did not clean up the mess he made and did not include the nipple I needed to hook up the gas line to the dryer.
$280 for a gas line in a cramped space with parts, I wouldn't say is over priced, I did pick up most of the saw dust from the little hole I drilled, by hand so their could of been some left. I don't carry or supply nipples for any appliance, I run the line and install a shut off valve at the end. I suppose you weren't clear about that, most of the time I do explain how I'm going to do it, but since I had to do a lot of investigation of how I was going to run the line, in the tight space I had, that s all I was concentrating on, sorry.
Mike did a nice job and found another leak in the plumbing that would have caused serious damage if it was not fixed Thank you Mike
