    Customer service was very professional. However, the delivery of service was awful. The technician came out and before looking at the problem, he told us there were different pricing tiers to diagnose the problem. He asked us to choose but we had no clue what the problem was so we couldn't tell him. He told us he was going to choose the lowest diagnostic tier. After putting the voltage meter behind the light fixture, he told us the price he quoted was not going to be sufficient to proceed. When we talked to our previous contractor who told us that the power box was not where it should have been, the technician said, 'I resign.' Because we were in desperate straights we asked if he could fix the problem he said that he could at a later date. We said we needed it fixed right away but after some time trying to get with his dispatcher, he asked that we call to set up another appointment. We ended up paying $234 for absolutely nothing other than to find out there was no power coming to the light. Also, the technician kept telling us that this is what happens when we try to take a short cut by allowing our re modeler to do the electrical. I wanted to let him know that we paid handsomely for the remodel and didn't take a short cut. - Mr. Sparky profusely apologized and tried to rectify the original encounter. They refunded all of my money and given their concern for my satisfaction I can now recommend them.

    They totally ripped us off to put up a fan, wanted $700 for a bathroom fan, then $114 for a ceiling fan. We asked him to do the ceiling fan, then after it was all apart, he said it was another $244 to run about 6 feet of wire! A year later fan was making noise, they came back once before said it was fine. Today another electrician said they did not put an important part in to hold the fan!
