Had scheduled 2 estimates for our home, the first company was a no show called next day to say he forgot. That is a good indicator of how they would operate. The second one Mr. Sparky showed up on time so we went with them being a large company also was a plus. Work consisted of outlets being changed and a few new ones installed. New Recess lights in the kitchen and bathroom are to be installed and the kitchen ceiling fan changed. New install of closet light. The deposit was paid 1 week prior to work . 2 Technicians arrive around 9am installing the outlets and left multiple holes in the walls where the outlets were installed. They left about 5 or 6pm and said they would be back the next day but asked for 50% of the balance which we did give. 1 shows up the next day at 9am to complete the job. He is having issues and calls another guy to help with the recessed lighting. They only got the kitchen finished with no bathroom work done. And once again ask for another 50% of the balance which at that point I said no. They said they would be back on Friday. The next morning the recessed lighting is flickering like a disc ball. We called the company and requested a new technician be assigned to the project, explaining what was going on with holes in the walls and kitchen lights flickering. The manager said he would assign someone else to fix the issue, patch the holes and complete the job in the bathroom. 1 guy shows up and he wound up calling for assistance. Another guy comes for 5 minutes and leaves. An hour or so later another tech arrives to help. They install the bathroom switches and lighting and patch the holes. They claim the brand new switch in the kitchen was bad and that was the problem with the flickering. One of the Brand new bathroom switches was blown out by them when trying to install it so the switch was downgraded to one of their switches which did not have motion when entering the bathroom. The patchwork was horrendous. the next day kitchen lights began flickering again and the bathroom is also flickering. A new circuit was installed for the bathroom. We had to pay someone to redo the patch work and because they put so many holes all over we will have to pay to have those rooms kitchen/bedroom/closets repainted. As the bathroom was being remodeled the contractor is painting that anyway. I wish I could upload pictures here.

They understood all our needs and wants and gave us 2 options. They also offer financing which was the only way we could be able to do any of it. They had a great team that worked all day and came back to finish little things I needed. Felt very comfortable with this company.

Very upfront about the pricing ($59 diagnostic fee, applied to bill). Definitely not the cheapest, $430 to diagnose and repair two outlets but he did it on the same trip.
