They had to come back because they forgot to caulk exterior box. Other services were fine.

They flat know what their doing. My first electricaian spent two days trying to find the problem John with Mister Sparky found it in 15 minutes. They are great and thank you for sending out John, what a professional and find gentleman he is to represent your company.
We strive for great customer service and happy to hear John found the problem and was able professional and fine gentlemen.
Ian listened to my needs and addressed my concerns by fully evaluating the situation. He explained the necessary steps and price. He quickly preformed the installs and sent me documentation for my realtor and buyer. Very professional. Cleaned up in work areas. Super happy with this experience.

Jason the safety guy, is rude. After listening to him explain the Surge Protection feature and LED Light fixtures to install in my home with all the benefits; I appreciated what he explained. But when he felt that I am not big fan; he told me I would like to pay from my saving account to install these LED for you?. That is insulting and disrespect to me. Please filter your data base from people like that to the H*** with their services. Thank you.
