Tech called 30 minutes ahead of arrival time and was on time. Seemed knowledgeable and thorough. Only complaint/issue was that I felt the charge was excessive. $289 to install a new circuit breaker seems very high. Tech was only on site for about 35 minutes or so.

Expensive. Said lighting fixture should wor but that we would need a new fan. Charged us the full amount even though he would not return to install a fan. Good job on another fan. Nice guy.

They were a little expensive

Had a GFCI breaker that kept on tripping even after replacing it, they came the next day after i posted the request, did the work quite fast. They are a bit more expensive than i expected, but had to get it done once and for all.

Our tech, Andrews, was patient with all my questions. He was quick, knowledgeable and tidy. Cleaned up and hauled our old fixtures out to his truck. Even vacuumed up the dust and ceiling debris. Thank you Andrew.

When I inquired I gave very SPECIFIC information of what I needed to be done. A gentleman arrived He was in no way prepared to help me. When I inquired why he told me he has relayed information that my situation was an emergency. I NEVER stated it was an emergency in my correspondence it was simply to rewire a pool pump motor. He tried to up sell me on 2 things of which I had no interest and charged me $207 to show me how to rewire my pool pump motor on my own since he had NO PARTS in his car; NOT A WORK VAN. Be VERY cautious in what you TELL this people, they DO NOT LISTEN nor convey accurate information to those in the field. I will NEVER use them again, Such a waste of time and money.
