After waiting for months, Product was delivered & installed. However, I was not told until the bay window was installed that you cannot open or close the blinds ( enclosed behind 2 layers of glass) without first removing the screens - NOT convenient at all! Must compliment installers who worked hard. Was not shown a complete picture of how the window would look installed. Not a complete picture in their brochure of a bay window.I do not like the curved metal closure at the top. Feel it should have been built like the one they took out.

Sorry about the wait, that is not the fault of our company. Every factory in America is experiencing worker shortages due to current administration policies. This has caused delays and burdens on the industry nationwide. The boys did a beautiful job on one of the most energy-efficient windows in the country. Most everyone compliments on the beauty of the product. So sorry it did not meet your visual expectations. Thank you for supporting our family business. There is no casement window made you can control the mini blinds without removing the screen. It is not possible in an operable casement. We delivered and installed EXACTLY what you or.

The windows look wonderful. What keeps me from giving five stars was the lack of clean up. There was pieces of wood in the master bedroom on the inside and caulk in the bathroom sink. Things I was ok over looking. The turning point for me was the items left outside my home. I have been picking up particles of wood, insulation and plastic from around my home for the last week or two since the windows were installed. Not a major deal however, something I donâ t have time for.

Funny, the text you sent said specifically that they did a beautiful job on the installation and the clean-up. I have a copy for your review. This does not have anything to do with how hard it was to get paid for the beautiful job the boys did now does it? All the other reviews reflect the kinds of products and installations we do. Hmmm.

The quality of the product is very good but the workmanship on the installation lacked. The use of white calking that was used to finish the windows was messy on several of the windows. It does not make a difference to functionality but it is noticeable. We are cleaning up nails and pieces of material from the yard several days later. I would hire them again as the product is of good quality. They did follow up and corrected the poor workmanship to make me happier with the project. I realize that things can go wrong but they did correct them.

Due to this darned product shortage, the boys were forced to use a cheap grade of caulk. The regular high-quality silicone was not available and has not been for 2 weeks. UPDATE: All cleanup (the guys were training their kids to help for the summer and did not double-check their cleanup) has been done and the high-quality caulking we normally use has been done. The customer texted me they did a fine job! She should upgrade this review as she promised. We are human and do make mistakes but we care deeply for our customers and our reputation, admit when we are wrong, and address any and all issues.

Entire process was hassle-free. Luis explained exactly what needed to be done and his crew proceeded efficiently. My extra needs were handled with no problems. The professional work his crew performed was outstanding. My home looks like it was newly built. I have never been more impressed by a contracting company.
