I had new siding installed on a ranch house and 2-story garage and had an egress window installed. The project got started a bit later that anticipated, but once it did, the siding crew was quick and efficient. They were responsive to any concern I had. The egress window install offered a few challenges with the equipment they used and having to deal with the dirt from the egress window took me a bit by surprise. The inside cleanup could have been a little better. But, all in all, I am very pleased with the results of both the siding and the egress window and the way the project was handled. I would hire this company again and would recommend them.

After multiple service calls in regards to leaking windows and holes in screens, after one YEAR and four months they replace the windows. They promised they will upgrade the screens to full screens, they never did. That was one of the reasons we didn't get our money back, they said will upgrade our screens and put in new windows instated of us asking for refund. They only replaced the windows.

We heard nothing from this customer for months after the original install. So the gap in service was due to a delay in her complaint. Once we received her complaint we responded immediately. Foreman determined there was a MANUFACTURER defect, that the sashes were 1/8th of an inch too small for frames. We ordered sashes, tried to install but the foreman declared he was not happy with this solution. We UPGRADED her to a much higher quality window at NO COST to her. A company that goes to this length of effort and cost to satisfy a customer should be given 5 stars, not slander. Full screens for removing this unwarranted review will be considered.

They replaced 2 windows. After they received the windows the work was done quickly and professionally. The clean up was superb and after they had left there was no sign that they had been there.
