Mike, Laurie, and the guys were efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and intent on making sure I knew all my options prior to ordering a replacement living room window. The price was guaranteed, and the window was installed almost a month early! The guys cleaned up their work area well. I recommend NCR Contracting!

Good company to work with. Five day project. They did windows, two doors, soffit, and fascia. The first day of the project the crew that came out was a little inexperienced with replacement windows but they also weren t the normal window crew so it s hard to hold that against them. The work was good, they just took a while and only got two windows installed . Mike touched base right away and said his A team would be out the next day. They got the rest installed the next day and I have no doubt they would have gotten them all installed in one day. The third day the windows were finished out. Fourth and fifth day we re soffit and fascia. One of our doors was leaking a little after install and one wasn t closing quite right. I let Mike know and he had a crew out the next morning to fix the problem. The screen door still need and adjustment and Mike is aware and said he would get someone on it but I told him to only get to it when they were coming through the area as it is a minor issue at this time. The crews were polite and answered any questions we had and cleaned up after themselves well; that s sometimes a forgotten courtesy in the construction industry. Overall we re very happy with the service and the products.

Had an installation issue but, once the owner was notified it was corrected within 1 day. Excellent service and follow-up!
