I received a call back from NYC Plumbing with-in 15 minutes of creating my project in HomeAdvisor. NYC Plumbing arrived at my home as scheduled, between 12:30 & 1:30pm & telephoned me when they were in route. I provided the plumber with a summary of my issue. The plumber was professional, walked me thru all the actions he planned on performing, resolved the issue and reviewed all the work he performed to resolve my problem. Excellent work!
