The customer service attitude is nice. Work finished nice. But is expensive. If he told you a range of the money, he will ask the highest price, so don't think about the lower range number. Suggest for the emergency repair only.

Lazer and Al were great professionals. They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and effectively. I was also impressed with their attention to detail and their Quality Control process to ensure everything was fully tested after the work was completed. A bonus is that they were very reasonable price-wise and are also very nice guys. Highly recommend them.

The company is unprofessional and they overcharged for a simple job. They told us the price would be $260 and then when they finished they up the price to $315 without saying why. They also charged us for services that were never performed. They never gave a receipt explaining what the charges were and didnÂ’t give a guarantee for their services. Will never use them again and would like a refund of part of my money.

Absolutely not true. We told you that to fix both problems in the kitchen and bathroom it would cost you 525$ but since we were already there we only change you 315$. We also used the air gun machine and didn't change you for it. You never asked my guys for a work order or a receipt, don't make things up. If you have any questions you can call us anytime.
