I started contacting them in March 2020 to get a new pool liner. I wanted it to be done before the season even got started. They came out right away to do the estimate, but once they did, I agreed on the price within the next 2 days. I spoke with Belinda, the owner, and told her to put me in line to be done. I did not want to wait on the contract to come before they would put me on the list. It took quite a while to finally get out here with the contract. I signed it and was under the idea it would be done within 3-4 weeks. I gave them a $1,500 cash deposit at that time. I had a few questions about the contract they brought and I signed, and was told I would have to talk with Belinda. One was about the concrete work that would be done when they replaced the ladders. This was something that would have to be done anyway but I was very specific that I wanted the concrete repaired when I spoke with Wayne, the representative, on the very first day, and reminded him each time after. It was not on the contract so I contacted them to make sure they included it, so there would be no misunderstanding. At that time I was told the concrete was not included. How are you suppose to replace the ladders that are in concrete and not repair the concrete? I told her that was supposed to be included. Since then, the only time I have heard anything from them is when I call them! They never call to let me know what is going on or any updates. I am very upset. Had I not drained my pool complete back in March and filled it back up myself, we would not have had a pool all this time. Now my liner is ripped below the water lin,e and I do not know if it is causing damage that was not there before or not. I am pissed.

Napiers pool service is a very good service. Very nice on the phone, came out the same day I called to evaluate my pool. Then returned the next 2 days to add chemicals and clean the pool. Very very nice and trustworthy. Also did things I wasn't expecting them to do. You can't go wrong if you hire these people. This will be my new pool maintenance company. Very pleased with the service,knowledge and explanation these people do. It's hard to find people like them. I would recommend them to anybody.
