Claude and Harold did such a great job. They worked nine hours with just a small lunch break. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up after themselves. Could not be happier.

Worst company we have ever dealt with. And weâ ve been married 52 years. Pitiful in every way. Salesman made promises which were not kept. A project that could have been done in a week took 7 and a half weeks. We had to cancel a planned trip and emergency absentee vote.. They were supposed to start 9/10 and did not show. We had contracted the tile floor removal and install locally, based on their promised schedule, and the local tile guy did the bathroom demo since New Pro was a no show. Their workers would appear for an hour, one and a half hours, maybe even two hours and then youâ d never hear from them for a week. The experience was horrible in every way with one exception, the plumber. He actually came to our house to finish up on a Sunday on his own, not scheduled by the company, because he knew we were short on patience. I canâ t even describe how frustrating the experience was and how disgusted my husband and I are with New Pro.
