The owner, Shawn Fescemyer, arrived on time, resealed some loose roof covering, and charged a very reasonable fee. A heavy rain last night showed that the repairs were effective. In Florida, where many contractors have a kind of maana mentality, I don't expect such excellent service. I will recommend Shawn to neighbors and friends.

Shawn could have charged me for new dome cover but suggested a good cleaning and sealing to try first. His suggestion worked fine saving us several hundred dollars.
