Original request went well Same day the estimate was provided, the work was done. 2nd time we asked him to come back he came back and completed to satisfaction, Most recently last cancelled twice and didn't show for appointment . I would now not use or recommend him again.

Tried to get warranty work.... Business would not call back after six times....HomeAdvisor indicates still in business but wouldn't know that. Never hire this company.

They did a very different repair job, urethane foam over flat concrete tile. The workmanship was outstanding and the service was even better. Finished the project by applying an overall sealant. Price was reasonable. Very easy to work with, Shawn and Larry great

Courteous, very professional and fast.

Sean was able to come out to our house quickly after the recent hurricane, gave us an estimate and scheduled the repair very quickly. Another roofing company we had used in the past could not schedule us for four weeks. The price was very fair and the repair seems to be holding up. We have read reviews that it is difficult to get a hold of him on the phone. While we did not experience that ourselves, neighbors we referred to him did have difficulty. For that reason alone I downgrade customer service to 3.5.

Their rep, Sean, came to the house to give me a price for the roof leak into my garage. Upon inspection and using a garden hose to see when water would leak into the garage, he said the leak was caused by a hole along some bent flashing on a portion of the roof near the garage, and that some flashing cement would solve the problem. He put on the flashing cement, waited awhile and tested with a hose. There was no seepage into the garage. I then paid him the $100 he requested, feeling happy that the problem was finally fixed and the cost to do so was acceptable. No more than 5 minutes after he left, a cloudburst happened and the water was again coming down the garage wall two inches further to the right of the original leak. I called him immediately and could not reach him. I have called and e-mailed the company at least ten times in the last 3 weeks and have gotten no response. I am very disappointed by the total lack of response fromNew Vallee Roofing. It is both unprofessional and enethical, and I would never use nor recommend anyone else to use New Vallee Roofing nor Home Advisor if this is the type of firms you recommend. Apparently, your criteria for firm recommendations is flawed as this company.
