Can't believe how lucky we are to have found NuagePC. Needed to update our office computer network, Eli (technician) gave us free consultation, did not just try to sell us brand new everything (like other companies did) - he was thoughtful about what we needed, mindful that we were on a budget, and did his research carefully. And wow, does he know computers and I.T.!!! Amazing! He gave us an excellent quote, only purchasing new equipment when he thought it was essential - was extremely reasonable in his pricing - and delivered what he promised! I spoke to a lot of other companies before hiring them - most wanted to charge up to $200 just to give us an estimate (no thanks!) - one company quoted four times what NuagePC quoted, and tried to get us to replace ALL our computers and get a new server and router - when that was not needed at all. So when Eli came in and demonstrated that he really knew what he was talking about, gave free estimate, nice, police, professional, extremely knowledgeable - a real expert but without the ego of an expert - I was delighted. He took his time with us, finding out what needed updating, purchasing new or just some "tweaking", and gave us some great suggestions. In a field of donkeys, they are the racehorse! Very reasonable prices, they listen to your needs, and will do their best for you. Have more ongoing projects for them to do. Very pleased indeed.
