After the mount was up the "pro" tried to see if it could hold him up before he put the tv on the mount. Ended up breaking the wall down having to fix it and broke the bottom of my bed when he fell down. Now I'm going through insurance and everything is a waste of time. Wasn't worth all the hassle.

After we hang the TV, received payment along with a tip, 2 days later we received a call from the client, stating that her bed was stretch, we told the client we do not think the bed was damage by us, however that's why NuAge PC carry insurance, and one week later the customer got her bed replace by our insurance company.

I have to admit the service was excellent, before I call to speak to any of the three referrals I received a called from Elliott, that same afternoon he sent Josh who is very knowledgable, he told me what I needed, he ordered the parts and came back and completed the job. Afterward a found a minor issue and Elliot sent Josh the next morning and adjusted the minor problem I had. I just wish all the contractor would conduct themselves like NuagePC a very professional company and I will defenitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks service Magic
