Quick appt., called before scheduled time and asked if they could come earlier, that’s never happened!! Very thorough and needed new supply unit, which was installed, programmed and explained everything for a fair price. Highly recommend

Rep that showed up was knowledgeable and got right to work. Repaired the complaint... leaky sprinkler head... and tuned up a couple of valves, etc. Left my system running in perfect order. Excellent experience. Every I needed. Nothing I don't.

The service rep. Angel and his helper Matt were very professional. The initial service was the spring startup of my lawn sprinkler system. Once the system was operable it was pointed out that it had 2 underground leaks. The leaks were immediately repaired and the system retested for any further problems.

Always get fantastic service from PLS in Charlotte, NC. Use them for spring start-up, fall winterizing, and back flow test. Professional, responsive, and knowledgeable. Put in very extensive landscaping a couple years and very concerned about keeping it maintained. Recommend this company in Charlotte area.

Great experience working with Pacific. Scheduling made easy via friendly, helpful admin. and lots of follow-up reminders. Oscar, the technician we worked with, is outstanding. He spent considerable time explaining what our system needed, and was clear about what was definitely needed, the choices we could make, and what required additional investigation. Price was fair and very competitive.
