Very pleasant, on time , very fast worker; came with one goal to check Zone #3 He never opened the box in the ground, never looked at the clock (automatic) to check the timing etc. He replaced one 1/2 head in the back, the results now from that head as before he replaced it. There was no bill, said my check was my receipt. He checked the other zones on my insistence to do so and ended up replacing several heads. Thank you

I needed them to fix a broken sprinkler hose. They quickly found the two ends and connected them together in less than an hour. Very happy with their service.

I had Pacific Lawn sprinklers install my lawn sprinklers for the front of my house. There were three guys which one of them was the foreman. The foreman spent 5 minutes talking to me about the work was to be done. Then he spent 5 minutes speaking with the 2 other gentleman. The foreman informed me that he would be back in 30 minutes to see how things were going. I didn't see the gentleman until it was time to collect the check. The two individuals that were left at my house was not at the least customer friendly at all. They wouldn't answer any my questions. They also didn't install AVB which is required by NYS DEP law.

Instllation was completed in 1 day. Installers were neat and professional. Subsequent call was answered extremely promptly. The installer actually came on a Sunday!

The staff was very friendly and educated me on how to use my existing sprinkler system. They was also on time and called before they came. I will definelty use them again.
