NEVER HAD A LAWN SPRINKLER SYSTEM. APPOINTMENT WAS FOR 7:30 A.M. I OPENED MY FRONT DOOR TO DO SOMETHING AND AMAZINGLY THE TRUCK WAS IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE AT 7:30. I ASKED THE TECH QUESTIONS AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. I HAD PROBLEMS TRYING TO GET SPRINKLER SERVICE SINCE I HAD JUST BOUGHT THE HOUSE AND NEEDED TO GET IT WINTERIZED. PRICE WAS GREAT. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Hector and the crew were terrific. They arrived at 8am as advertised and quickly got to work. Hector explained how the installation works and introduced me to each of the crew members by name. They worked all day, from 8 - 6:30 and then walked me around showing me how each zone operates, explained the plumbing and the computer and made sure I understood everything. While this was going on, one of the guys walked around seeding any areas that needed to be touched up. I could not be happier with Pacific's work and their representatives. From the office to the field crew, this was a first class operation. I highly recommend them and will likely contact them again to install some landscape lighting.
