Steven was very helpful and knowledgeable. He responded very quickly and came in on a hot long-weekend day. He was quite busy too as he answered many phone calls from customers while working on my AC. It showed how efficiently he works.

Awesome person. I have never met a HVAC company/person so flexible. Almost every review I read mentioned "honest." They are telling the truth--Steve is a very honest person. Showed up when he said he would. Knew my problem just from the description over the phone! He didn't try to BS me. He didn't tell me I can't give you an ETA. He gave me a time and he showed up on time and was very professional. I definitely recommend!

Reckless workers. Exaggerates the works needed, and later gives excuses. Cracked my ceiling while running the copper wire to the AC unit. When I call , He said "Have a Good Day." T the ceiling while running the copper wire and which I noticed later. When asked the owner, then he said I signed satisfactory work, so he said have a good day.
Response from Company:
May 28, 2016 contacted customer about a no cooling call. Went out on May 29,2016 (see quote). System was brand new recently installed by another company, but they incorrectly installed the unit (see quote). We quoted him to repair the issues that we found (see quote). On 5/29/2016 customer gave us a deposit to start the repairs that we quoted him. When we arrived to start the job on 6/2/2016 customer informed us that the ladder going into his attic was broke and for us to be careful on it so that we don?t get hurt and wanted us to proceed with the job. We completed the job on June 6, 2016 customer completed walk thru with me and signed invoice stating that work was done satisfactorily and paid the remaining balance (see invoice). Customer requested that I run a gas line at his home in Lake Carolina for his stove in his kitchen. We scheduled a date on 6/13/2016 I missed the appointment due to being so busy with A/C Work, we rescheduled for 6/27/2016 I also missed this call due to the same reason above extremely busy with A/C work. On June 27, 2016 7:53 pm he starts texting me about the appointment that I missed today and I apologized for forgetting about it and explained that I was just swamped and that it might be best if he called a gas company to run the gas line for his stove. This is where he starts to tell me I broke his ladder and cracked his ceiling. I informed him that the ladder was already broken and he told me this before we started working so that nobody was to get hurt. When I told him I documented the ladder being broken and sent him the message where he told me all of this he backed off about the ladder. I also explained to him that we didn?t crack his ceiling and informed him that we did an entire inspection of property and he signed off saying that he was satisfied (see text messages). He didn?t start being dissatisfied until I could not come out and run his gasline at his house for his stove. My company has not been the only company that has been doing work on the property this is a condo that he is remodeling to sale.

I called looking for someone to look at my A/C unit that was not working and appeared to be leaking through my upstairs bathroom ceiling. I was patched through to Steve who told me what he thought was going on, and stated that if I was available he could be at my home within two hours. Steve actually beat me to the house, and as he had stated on the phone was the issue; which he promptly took care of and got my unit back running cooling my home. Very professional and efficient. Extremely happy that he was able to respond so quickly, and able to fix my issue. Thank you so very much!

The owner of P&W HVAC, Steven was here within an hour and the job was finished in less that and hour. Steven was very polite, knowledgeable , and quick. Gave me some recommendations on which filter would work better with my system. Took the old filters with him so I wouldn't have to deal with them. Thank you Steven for a job well done.

I inquired about a quote on a Sunday evening at 5:30 pm. Steven contacted me within minutes and was at my house within an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The problem was fixed and honest recommendations made for future maintenance. No high-pressure sales. I definitely recommend!!!
