I had a heating emergency at 7pm Christmas night 2013, and Steven Berry called me within 2 mins. to say he could come to my home and look at the issue. He was prompt, professional, courteous, and provided quality service at a very reasonable price. He took the time to explain what repair was needed, & then stayed to ensure that it was fixed and I had heat. It was a refreshing feeling that there are people out there that care about the welfare of their customers. I have found the HVAC company I will use and highly recommend to all my friends/co-workers. Very knowledgeable, honest and courteous....a dream to work with plus very very reasonable as compared to two other HVAC companies I spoke with. This will be the first company I call if anything is needed in the future plus recommending them to family.

Steven Berry was prompt, professional, courteous, and provided quality service at a very reasonable price. Much better than others I checked. He takes pride in quality workmanship and knows his reputation is built one customer at a time. He has become my "go to" guy when it comes to HVAC. Highly recommend.

Just a really good experience all around.. Saved me a lot of money fixing what was wrong the first time and telling me everything about it. (I called him as a second opinion from another company I was not happy with.) If anything goes wrong in the future or if I need anything else done I am going to go with this company.

Mr. Berry was very professional and went above and beyond to help us have the necessary repairs done to our unit while keeping the cost very reasonable. We are very happy with the work that was done and plan on using this company for all of our future service needs!

He is very good at what he does. He explained everything to me, was very thorough and I had no complaints. His price is what lead me to him. All around, he is a real good guy and does good work.
