    everything else was good but price was not to my liking

    The price was discussed upfront. Informed you need a new unit. You choose to recharge the unit. We charged the going rate. We do not give products away. We are a Business. We pay Insurance, fuel, advertising, parts, vehicle, permits, tools, etc. The lead service charged 34 just to talk to you. Sorry, you feel the value is not there. Please call someone else next time. I have a lot of great customers, who see the value. Thanks for the bad review, bet your unit is working. On top of that, I said if you have another problem I give you half of the bill towards a new unit.
