Kevin is a asset to your company. This man is very knowledgeable. Kevin came out and unhooked it. to move it. I had to have the floor replaced and then he came back the next day and put the hot water heater in and you made it easier for me too if there is a problem he made it easier for me. I asked him to do that so I can unhook stuff instead of having to pay people to come out to do it but I would like to try and might not be able to but at least I have the option. He did everything that he said that he was going to do on the phone and I had just called him and keep answered the phone just so quick and we set up the job and it just worked out wonderful he is very knowledgeable of his job and explains everything perfectly.

Kevin Maxim was the Great service tech. Very pleased with his work hey told me and asked me to come in there and he showed me how everything works on it and things that I needed to keep an eye on. The company ought to be glad that this man works for them.
