Kevin was terrific. We had a kitchen drain issue requiring a power snake. He responded quickly. Did a great job and took the time to educate us on his process, recommendations for proper disposal use and did a very thorough job. Very nice man who provided excellent service and fixed my problem quickly. Definitely recommend Plumbmax.

I had a leak in my hot water heater and looked online and found Plumbmax which had great reviews. When he arrived and looked at my problem he assured me he could get me up and running in the same day. He had to upgrade my tank to present code and I also got a bigger tank. Price was very reasonable and he was a pleasure to work with. While he was at my home I had him look at my shower which hadn't work in a while and he fixed it with just a small charge. Great Job! Great Service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Kevin was a pleasure to deal with. He is knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and quick to respond to correspondence. When I initially called Kevin, he walked into a mess created by the previous home owner ( I had just purchased the home) He never became impatient even though he had to jump through hoops as I argued with the Warranty company to fix the issue. In the end, I opted to install a new gas water heater. He took great care with the installation. The original unit had been installed improperly and the entire set up was a disaster in terms of function and aesthetics. Kevin installed the new unit and it is beautiful, if a water heater can be called beautiful. :) He is now my go to guy for plumbing. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing needs.

Ours was a challenging install. Plumbmax installer was prompt in communication and came back a second day with extra parts. Excellent service, good value, reasonable charges.

Kevin is a super nice guy and treats you very fairly in pricing a job. He was most meticulous in all aspect of the install procedure. He was not happy with one detail of my job, so he'll be back tomorrow to fix it. I believe you cannot go wrong with Plumbmax.
