Didn't try to upsell, gave me honest opninions, even if it meant passing on a bit of business for him. Communicated well for the appt. If I need more plumbing work (and I'm sure I will at some point) I'll likely be coming back to Kevin.

Kevin was quick to understand the problem. Our toilet was very old and our floor was not level. Kevin provided a fair price and was quick to get the job. Great experience, and I would highly recommend Plumbmax whenever a plumber is needed.

After reading the reviews on Home Advisor, I called this company on a guess. All the reviews were positive for the majority of the companies but I wanted one fairly close to home. Best. Choice. Ever.!! I received a call just a few minutes after posting a request. Kevin answered my questions with honesty. He was upfront with pricing too. We made the appointment and he gave me a call to let me know he was on his way on the day of the appointment, on time as well. He got to the house and started right away. He got to the root of the problem and showed me a picture he took on his phone of the problem so I could see it as well. I told him to go ahead after he told me the price, which I thought was very reasonable. After the work was finished, we tested the water line and everything was perfect. I was given an invoice, paid him and he was on his way. I am very very pleased and will recommend PlumbMax to everyone!!

He called 10 minutes before he got here, was on time, told me how long the job would take. He explained everything he was doing and why. He did an excellent job and cleaned up after himself. I think the price was fair. I don't think I could find anyone else cheaper.
