They argued with my neighbor and blew yard waste onto her yard. They did an incomplete service during the first visit. Did not show up for the 2nd visit. When asked they said that there was an error in the system so would provide a very thorough service for the following visit. They did not show up for that service. I had to fire them. Never had such an unfortunate experience with a provider. UPDATE: I received a call from the owner. Very professional call and very courteous. He was focused on making everything right. While I chose not to take him up on his offer, I appreciated the gesture.

Response from Company:

Greetings Susan, It's unfortunate that the crew was not able to find your address and complete the service, however I would like to clarify what happened. 1.) When pulling up your address on the GPS it takes us to your neighbors house which my crew started to mow and was most of the way done, when she kindly came out and let us know we were mowing the wrong yard. She also pointed us to another neighbors house and told my crew that was the one we should mow. Furthermore, she asked for a business card and spoke with our crewman for around 5 minutes. No one argued at all. 2.) We continued to mow the wrong house and did show up on the dates we were supposed to be their, our apologies for that, it wasn't until yesterday that we realized that we were doing the wrong yard, it's also extremely difficult to tell which houses are which in your area, even the estimator got lost and had to walk around to multiple houses to find the right one, plus called as well to verify it. 3.) The owner of the company reached out to you yesterday as well, and even offered to mow the lawn free of charge due to what happened, however you declined a free service worth $180 and said no. 4.) Our CRM provider has been making some changes as well recently and we have had some glitches on routing unfortunately, we are very aware of this and the review above speaks to this as well, but as you can see from her review, we made it right and she is extremely happy, the same I know we could have done for you. Good luck in the future, and we apologize again for the inconvenience we caused.

I hired Pro Lawn Care several years ago and received excellent service until mid-2018. After mid-2018 between two and four different teams of two men worked for no more than 9 to 11 minutes here. I knew they were supposed to work 30 minutes a visit. Several times no one showed up. Several times I had excellent teams who were sent because the team previously assigned to my home had been fired. The slacker teams only cut, trimmed, and the grass and blew dirt around. They never pulled or sprayed weeds, they never trimmed or pruned the shrubs, and they never turned on my sprinkling system. In 2019, I asked which ever slackers on the latest team to trim shrubs; they disappeared the minute I went inside. I asked them to turn on the water; they did not know how. A QC representative showed up, and I told him about the poor service. He said he would look into it; nothing changed. I asked him to get the sprinkler turned on; nothing happened. By the end of 2019, I fired Pro Lawn. I do not trust them. I was quite let down after years of excellent care from the company.

Response from Company:

Greetings Adrienne,We do appreciate reviews whether positive or negative, we do ask that the full story be given though, since it wasn't I will elaborate on what you wrote to provide clarity to this entire situation, especially since you chose to wait almost an entire year to say something, and said it on the exact same date that you were sent a collection letter for almost a $1000 past due balance which you agreed to pay payments on in October of 2019. Client concerns 1. Crews were only there for 9-11 minutes. I have pulled of our gps time records and the average time spent in 2017 per visit was 1hr 15 minutes, the average in 2018 per visit was 1hr 17 minutes, the average in 2019 was 1hr 14 minutes. The crew was and has always been there longer than we have agreed to. 2. No one showed up and service was not great in 2019: In March of 2019 we had not been paid for services for 3 months and we let you know it would result in reduced services. You stated you would pay "something" to keep weekly service going so you sent a payment for the current month neglecting to pay any overdue balance. In April will called again to let you know past dues and suspended services to bi-weekly so you could get caught up, again no payment. Service was not sporadic at all, you knew that services were going to be reduced, which you had asked for so your payment was reduced. You terminated service in Oct of 2019, and stated that you could no longer afford service, a qcm also reached out to verify and you stated the exact same thing to him as well. As of right now we've yet to receive any payments even though we have called and sent numerous emails and you continue to tell us money is on the way.3. Irrigation concerns: As we told you numerous times, we provided you a quote to have the irrigation system evaluated, and fixed. Our QCM was kind enough to turn it on, but noticed a break in the mainline so he shut it off, once again an estimate was provided but you said no. In conclusion we have always enjoyed taking care of your residence and you have always been kind to our staff and crews. We understand it is never pleasant to be sent to collections for not paying a bill and that is why you lashed out at us with this review a year after terminating our service through no fault of our own. Our goal is always to treat clients with the utmost respect, such as reaching out a multitude of times to get paid. We wish you well and the best.

From start to finish, every aspect of hiring this company to do our yard maintenance projects has been outstanding. They are on time, all communication is clear and respectful, the work is done to please the customer, the billing is fair and easy to work with. Love this experience with Pro Lawn Care. Will definitely have them do work for us in the future.
